BOOKING CONDITIONS
The villa MEL is available several booking options depending on the number of rooms desired.
With family or friends the villa MEL will meet all your expectations.
In any case the area is completely private for your stay.
The rate includes daily cleaning except Sundays and holidays, as well as towels, pool and beach.
The tourist tax of 5% is not included in the rate.

Can accomodate up to 6 guests
Christmas / New Year : 50 000 US$
July and August 2024 : 15 000 US$
Thanksgiving : 15 000 US$

Booking conditions:
Booking:
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay upon booking
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and signature of the rental contract
- Payments can be made by bank transfer (transfer fees payable by the customer)
Customer Cancellation:
For Christmas / New Year:
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee 50% of total booking amount
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, no show: cancellation fee 100% of the total amount of the reservation
For other periods:
- Cancellation up to 61 days before arrival: 100% refund of amounts paid
- Cancellation between 60 and 30 days: cancellation fee 50% of the total amount of the reservation
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, no show: cancellation fee 100% of the total amount of the reservation
Cancellations must be received in writing, by email at villamelrental@gmail.com. No cancellation by telephone.
